The Appeal Chamber held on 25 June 2019 the public hearing of case (JR) no. 23/2018, dated 19.10.2018, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 46 dated 24.07.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the transitional re-evaluation of the assessee Xhezair Zaganjori.
The Public Commissioner submitted during today’s hearing the grounds of the appeal, whereas the assessee submitted his objections to the appeal of the Public Commissioner and requested the adjudication panel to administer in the capacity of evidence various acts lodged with the adjudication panel. The assessee claimed also that the Public Commissioner had added new elements to the submission of the grounds of appeal.
The adjudication panel requested the assessee to identify these new alleged elements and submit his position to their regard within the time limit made available to the Public Commissioner to be acquainted with the new acts and make an assessment thereof.
The adjudication panel decided that the next hearing be held on 10 July 2019, at 09.30 h.
The public hearing shall be held at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tirana.
