Kolegji i Posaçëm i Apelimit zhvilloi më datë 02.07.2020, ora 09:00, seancën gjyqësore publike për çështjen (JR) nr.44/2019, datë 18.09.2019, që i përket ankimit të paraqitur nga Komisioneri Publik, kundër vendimit nr. 162, datë 19.06.2019, të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit që lidhet me procesin e rivlerësimit kalimtar të subjektit të rivlerësimit Manjola Kajana.

Kryesuesja e seancës bëri me dije se deri ditën e sotme, pranë Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit, nuk kanë mbërritur informacionet shtesë që trupi gjykues vendosi t’ia kërkonte bashkisë Fier, seancën paraardhëse, në funksion të hetimit gjyqësor të çështjes.

Rrjedhimisht, trupi gjykues, i konsultuar në vend, vendosi t’i rikërkojë Bashkisë Fier, aplikimin e bashkëshortit të subjektit të rivlerësimit dhe dokumentet mbështetëse që kanë shërbyer si bazë për vendimin nr. 46, datë 30.10.2012 të Këshillit Bashkiak Fier, që ka miratuar listën emërore të familjeve të pastreha, pjesë e së cilës ishte dhe bashkëshorti i subjektit të rivlerësimit Manjola Kajana.

Në pritje të kësaj përgjigjeje, trupi gjykues vendosi të shtyjë seancën gjyqësore për në datën 07.07.2020, ora 9.00.

Seanca publike do të zhvillohet në ambientet e Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit, në adresën: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tiranë.

The Appeal Chamber held on 02.07.2020, at 09:00, the public hearing on the case (JR) no. 44/2019, dated 18.09.2019, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner, against decision no. 162, dated 19.06.2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the transitional re-evaluation process of the assessee Manjola Kajana.

The presiding judge of the hearing informed that as of today, the Appeal Chamber had not received any additional information that the adjudication panel decided in the previous hearing to request from the Municipality of Fier for the purpose of the judicial investigation of the case.

Therefore, the adjudication panel, upon consultation on the spot, decided to request again from the Municipality of Fier the application of the spouse of the assessee and the supporting documents that have served as a basis for the decision no. 46, dated 30.10.2012 of the Municipal Council of Fier, which has approved the list of families with no place of abode, part of which has been the spouse of the assessee, Manjola Kajana.

Pending this response, the adjudication panel decided to adjourn the hearing on 07.07.2020, 9.00.

The public hearing shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Bulevardi: “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3 Tirana.
