The Appeal Chamber announces that today, on 03.12.2020, after reviewing  in camera the case (JR) no. 37/2019, dated 05.08.2019, corresponding to the appeal filed by the assessee Aleksandër Muskaj against decision no. 179, dated 10.07.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission, pursuant to Article F, paragraph 3 of the Annex to the Constitution, Article 4, paragraph 5 of Law no. 84/2016 “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania, as well as in Article 51, paragraph 1, item “b” of Law no. 49/2012 “On administrative courts and adjudication of administrative disputes”, as amended, the adjudication panel decided to review the case in a public hearing on Monday, 14.12.2020, at 14:00 h.

The decision to adjudicate the case in a public hearing was made to give the assessee the opportunity to be heard and defended regarding his case.

The Appeal Chamber announces that the review in camera for the case (JR) no.7/2020, dated 05.02.2020 corresponding to the appeal filed by the assessee Astrit Haxhialushi against decision no.225, dated 07.01.2020 of Independent Qualification Commission, scheduled to be held on Thursday, 03.12.2020, at 10:00, due to failure of the adjudication panel to be constituted for objective reasons, shall be adjourned to be held on Thursday, 17.12.2020, at 10:00 h.
