The Appeal Chamber has registered the case (JR) no. 44/2022, dated 04.10.2022, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Arben Sharra against decision no. 546, dated 30.06.2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

 

Today, on 11.10.2022, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure to appoint the trial panel, the presiding judge of this panel and the case rapporteur.

    On Monday, 06.10.2025, at 10:00, the Appeal Chamber shall consider in a public hearing case (JR) no. 42/2024, dated 28.10.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 779, dated 28.06.2024 of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Aurel Zarka.

    The trial panel of this case shall consist of the following judges:
