Today, on Monday, 04.02.2019, at 10:00 hrs, the adjudication panel of the Appeal Chamber chaired by Ms. Rezarta Schuetz, case rapporteur Mr. Ardian Hajdari and members Ms. Albana Shtylla, Ms. Ina Rama and Ms. Natasha Mulaj, reviewed in camera case no. (JR) no. 21/2018, dated 18.10.2018, corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Mr. Artan Zeneli against decision no. 41 dated 18.07.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

At the end of the review, based on the facts proven in trial and pursuant to Article 66, paragraph 1, item ‘a’ of Law 84/2016, the adjudication panel unanimously decided:

To uphold decision no. 41 dated 18.07.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the assessee Mr. Artan Zeneli.

This decision is final and has immediate effect.

    Trupi gjykues i Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit, i përbërë nga Rezarta Schuetz kryesuese, Mimoza Tasi relatore, Albana Shtylla, Ina Rama, Sokol Çomo anëtarë, shpalli vendimin për çështjen nr. 22/2023, datë 25.05.2023, që i përket ankimit të subjektit të rivlerësimit Arben Kostandini kundër vendimit të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit, nr. 636, datë 15.03.2023.

    Në përfundim të gjykimit në dhomë këshillimi, trupi gjykues, bazuar në nenin 66, pika 1, shkronja “a” e ligjit nr. 84/2016, “Për rivlerësimin kalimtar të gjyqtarëve dhe prokurorëve në Republikën e Shqipërisë”, në mënyrë unanime, vendosi:

    Lënien në fuqi të vendimit nr. 636, datë 15.03.2023 të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit, që i përket subjektit të rivlerësimit Arben Kostandini.

    Ky vendim është përfundimtar dhe ka efekt të menjëhershëm.

    U shpall sot, në Tiranë, më datë 22.09.2025.

    The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges, Rezarta Schuetz, presiding, Mimoza Tasi, rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Ina Rama, Sokol Çomo, members, announced the decision on case no. 22/2023, dated 25.05.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Arben Kostandini against decision no. 636, dated 15.03.2023 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

    At the conclusion of the trial in camera, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 66, paragraph 1 (a) of Law no. 84/2016, “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, unanimously decided:

    Upholding decision no. 636, dated 15.03.2023 of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Arben Kostandini.

    This decision is final and has effective immediately.
