The Meeting of Judges of the Appeal Chamber, in order to avoid the created imbalance of the workload of the judges of the Chamber in the role of case rapporteur, by its decision no. 75, dated 29.08.2024, decided to amend Article 3 of the regulation of the Appeal Chamber, “On manual lot procedures in the Appeal Chamber”, as amended.

In this context, in the application of the amendments to the above-mentioned regulation, on 10.09.2024, the Appeal Chamber held a lot procedure for the selection of some cases for which the rapporteur judge was changed through this lot, without changing the initial composition of the trial panel members. These cases and the composition of their trial panels shall consist of the following judges:
