The adjudication panel of the Appeal Chamber, chaired by Mr. Sokol Çomo, rapporteur Ms. Albana Shtylla and members Mr. Ardian Hajdari, Ms. Natasha Mulaj and Ms. Rezarta Schuetz, today, on 12.09.2018, reviewed in counselling chambers, based on documents, the appeal of the assessee Ms. Besa Nikëhasani against decision no. 15, dated 20.04.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission. At the end of the adjudication, pursuant to Article 66, item 1, letter ‘a’ of Law no. 84/2016 “On the transitional re-evaluation of the judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, the Appeal Chamber unanimously decided:

1. To uphold decision no.15 dated 20.04.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commissions related to the assessee Ms. Besa Nikëhasani.

2. This decision is final, conclusive and enters into force immediately.

3. Announced today on 12.09.2018.

The Appeal Chamber shall publish the full reasoned decision within 30 days from its announcement.

    Trupi gjykues i Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit, i përbërë nga Rezarta Schuetz kryesuese, Mimoza Tasi relatore, Albana Shtylla, Ina Rama, Sokol Çomo anëtarë, shpalli vendimin për çështjen nr. 22/2023, datë 25.05.2023, që i përket ankimit të subjektit të rivlerësimit Arben Kostandini kundër vendimit të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit, nr. 636, datë 15.03.2023.

    Në përfundim të gjykimit në dhomë këshillimi, trupi gjykues, bazuar në nenin 66, pika 1, shkronja “a” e ligjit nr. 84/2016, “Për rivlerësimin kalimtar të gjyqtarëve dhe prokurorëve në Republikën e Shqipërisë”, në mënyrë unanime, vendosi:

    Lënien në fuqi të vendimit nr. 636, datë 15.03.2023 të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit, që i përket subjektit të rivlerësimit Arben Kostandini.

    Ky vendim është përfundimtar dhe ka efekt të menjëhershëm.

    U shpall sot, në Tiranë, më datë 22.09.2025.

    The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges, Rezarta Schuetz, presiding, Mimoza Tasi, rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Ina Rama, Sokol Çomo, members, announced the decision on case no. 22/2023, dated 25.05.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Arben Kostandini against decision no. 636, dated 15.03.2023 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

    At the conclusion of the trial in camera, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 66, paragraph 1 (a) of Law no. 84/2016, “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, unanimously decided:

    Upholding decision no. 636, dated 15.03.2023 of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Arben Kostandini.

    This decision is final and has effective immediately.
