The Appeal Chamber has registered the case (JR) no.46/2020, dated 19.10.2020 corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Nure Dreni against decision no. 263, dated 17.06.2020 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The lot was drawn today on 29.10.2020, at the Appeal Chamber to assign the adjudication panel, the Presiding judge and the Rapporteur of the case.

    On 03.11.2025, the Appeal Chamber registered case (JD) no. 3/2025, with petitioner Ajshe Xhafa and subject matter “Repealing decision no. 190, dated 02.04.2025, of the High Judicial Council, for the imposition of the disciplinary measure “Public Reprimand” against magistrate Ajshe Xhafa, incumbent  at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Kukës”.
