On 09.11.2020, the Appeal Chamber held the lot drawing for the replacement of judge Luan Daci, assigned as rapporteur on the case (JR) no. 09/2020, dated 13.02.2020 corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Agim Bendo against decision no. 216, dated 04.12.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The replacement of Judge Luan Daci occurred due to his suspension from office upon decision no. 14, dated 24.07.2020 of the Judges’ Meeting.

Following the lot drawing for the assignment of the panel member and afterwards of the case rapporteur, the adjudication panel of the case (JR) no. 09/2020, dated 13.02.2020, shall be composed of the following judges:

Presiding judge: Ardian Hajdari

Rapporteur: Natasha Mulaj

Members: Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz, Sokol Çomo

Following the lot drawing, judge Luan Daci was replaced by judge Ardian Hajdari.

The replacement of Judge Luan Daci occurred due to his suspension from office upon decision no. 14, dated 24.07.2020 of the Judges’ Meeting.

Eventually, the adjudication panel of the case (JR) no. 07/2020, dated 05.02.2020, shall be composed of the following judges:

Following the lot drawing, judge Luan Daci was replaced by judge Ardian Hajdari.

The replacement of Judge Luan Daci occurred due to his suspension from office upon decision no. 14, dated 24.07.2020 of the Judges’ Meeting.
