On 14.12.2020, the Appeal Chamber held the lot drawing for the replacement of judge Luan Daci, assigned as member on the case. 38/2019, dated 04.09.2019 corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Idriz Mulkurti against decision no. 159, dated 14.06.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission.
Following the lot drawing, judge Luan Daci was replaced by judge Ardian Hajdari.
