Kolegji i Posaçëm i Apelimit zhvilloi sot, më datë 11.03.2021, ora 10:00, seancën gjyqësore publike të çështjes (JR) 55/2019, datë 29.10.2019, që i përket ankimit të Komisionerit Publik kundër vendimit nr. 173, datë 01.07.2019, të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit që lidhet me subjektin e rivlerësimit Artan Madani.

Gjatë verifikimit të prezencës së palëve, kryesuesja e seancës konstatoi mungesën e Komisionerit Publik z. Florian Ballhysa, që ka ushtruar ankimin në çështjen (JR) nr. 55/2019, datë 29.10.2019. Z. Ballhysa, më datë 09.03.2021, kishte njoftuar Kolegjin nëpërmjet postës elektronike që, për arsye shëndetësore, e kishte të pamundur pjesëmarrjen në seancë dhe kërkonte shtyrjen e saj për një kohë të përshtatshme.

Duke qenë se edhe Komisioneri tjetër Publik z. Darjel Sina, po për arsye shëndetësore, e kishte të pamundur pjesëmarrjen në seancë, trupi gjykues, bazuar në nenin 175, pika 2, e Kodit të Procedurës Civile, vendosi të shtyjë seancën gjyqësore publike për në datën 18.03.2021, ora 10:00.

Seanca gjyqësore publike do të zhvillohet në ambientet e Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit, në adresën: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tiranë.

The Appeal Chamber held today, on 11.03.2021, at 10:00, the public hearing on the case (JR no. 55/2019, dated 29.10.2019, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 173, dated 01.07.2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the assessee Artan Madani.

While verifying the presence of the parties, the presiding judge noticed that the Public Commissioner Mr. Florian Ballhysa, who has filed an appeal for the case (JR) no. 55/2019, dated 29.10.2019, was not present. On 09.03.2021 Mr. Ballhysa had informed the Appeal Chamber by e-mail that, due to health reasons, he was unable to attend the hearing and requested that it be adjourned to an appropriate time.

Given that as well the other Public Commissioner Mr. Darjel Sina, also due to health reasons, was unable to attend the hearing, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 175, paragraph 2, of the Code of Civil Procedure, decided to adjourn the public hearing on 18.03.2021, at 10:00.

The public hearing shall be held at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tirana.
